What is involved in reaching a contract?

After we receive your inquiry, we will ask you about your situation and what work you would like to outsource, and then we will make a proposal.
If we can agree on the details of the service, we can start working for you immediately. -
Is it possible to make contracts for individual tasks? Yes, it is.
For example, the Shared Administrative Department can take requests to provide comprehensive accounting services, such as billing, payment, accounting entry, and reconciliation, or it can take requests for only some of these services. -
How long does it take to complete the monthly work after I give you the materials and information? We will try to process your request as soon as possible. It may take up to a week after we receive the materials and information, or up to two weeks if there are omissions in the materials and information, including the time for confirmation. In case of urgent work, please let us know and we will try to respond to your request.

How do we communicate after the contract is signed? We have a system in place that allows us to respond quickly by using chat tools for business communication and delivery of materials. However, we can also communicate by phone, email, postal mail, and other methods. Postal mail may take a little longer.

Do you offer support in languages other than Japanese? Yes, we offer support in English and Chinese as well as Japanese, so you can communicate with us in English or Chinese for daily business. We can also create reports and communicate with overseas companies in English or Chinese.

What accounting software do you support? We aim to provide efficient and prompt services by using cloud accounting software such as Money Forward and Freee, but we also support accounting software such as Yayoi Kaikei, Kanjo Bugyo, JDL, and PCA. We can also assist in switching to cloud accounting software.

If we outsource our work to AdmiShare, won’t that prevent us from building up expertise within the company, preventing us from solving the issues without over-dependent on an individual staff? AdmiShare also provides consulting services to propose more efficient operations.
By making operations more simple or manualized, we design a system that avoids situations in which only certain people are able to do certain tasks so that you can be satisfied when you bring operations in-house in the future. -
Do you offer tax and financial services? Yes, we do. AdmiShare is a group company of an accounting firm and can provide tax consulting and tax representation services. We also have CPAs on staff, so we can provide financial consulting services as well.
