In August 2018, he retired from the Board of Directors but continued to be involved in preparations for the company’s listing. In addition to AdmiShare, he has established companies and ran businesses as an entrepreneur, including a Singapore corporation that supports Japanese companies in their overseas expansion and Business Catalyst, which provides financing support. He has experience with issues faced by company presidents in the initial stages of starting a business and the solutions to those issues.
He has been a corporate administrative manager, giving him experience in the administrative tasks that accounting firms are generally entrusted with and all other tasks. He also has an understanding of AI from his experience working at an AI venture and has implemented RPA and built systems mainly for his own businesses.
